Description:

Heart and Harmony Music Therapy has an immediate need for a part-time (1 to 15 client hours per week) community-based music therapist. Sessions are a mix of 1:1 in-person and telehealth sessions, primarily with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs. This employee position is expected to grow to full-time (16 to 20 client hours per week) within 2-3 months. This is a home and community-based position, which involves driving from session to session.

Ideal candidates possess strong musicianship skills, excellent documentation abilities, enthusiasm for collaboration and teamwork, and competence when working individually. The perfect candidate would enjoy the unique, long-term client relationships found in this setting and would want to stay in this position for 3+ years.

Compensation:

This position is hourly and compensation starts at $40 per clinical hour. Paid training (up to 20 hours) at $15 per hour.
