Self-Care for Caregivers
Self-Care for Caregivers
Caregiving can be exhausting and overwhelming, especially if you feel that you’re in over your head or have little control over the situation, and since March of this year, it has taken on an extra layer due to COVID-19. But you are not alone, and there are tools you can use to better equip yourself against the battle of stress and burnout, and reclaim feelings of balance, contentment, and hope.

Kids Need Music, Too
In addition to Self-Care for Caregivers, Heart and Harmony is also offering a Music and Wellness for Kids group this fall. In Music and Wellness for Kids, our board certified music therapist will lead kids in moving, singing, dancing, playing (at home!) instruments, and more. All of our music activities are designed to help kids build coping skills, increase self-esteem and creativity, reduce stress, and have fun! Ideal for children ages 8 to 12.
Music and Wellness for Kids take place at 4 pm CST every Monday from August 31st to October 19th.
