Heart and Harmony’s COVID-19 Re-Entry Plan

Heart and Harmony is actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and has plans to enter back into in-person sessions only when safe to do so.

September 2021 Update:

If a therapist, client, or household member tests positive for COVID-19, in-person sessions are paused immediately and will not resume until either:

– 14 days have passed after the first positive test AND the person with COVID has been fever-free for 24 hours without the use of medicine

– The person with COVID receives two negative PCR tests taken more than 24 hours apart

Teletherapy services are still available while in-person services are paused.

Thank you for your commitment to keeping our community safe! Please let your therapist or our clinical director, Nikki Belshe Lanza, know if you have any questions.

Current Phase:

Effective Monday, July 19, 2021, we are moving back to Phase 1 of our COVID-19 Re-Entry Plan due to an increase in Tarrant County’s level of transmission.

This means that unvaccinated clients residing in Tarrant County or seen by a therapist residing in Tarrant County may participate in teletherapy sessions only until both therapist and client counties returns to Low, Moderate, or Substantial transmission levels. Fully-vaccinated clients may be seen in-person or via teletherapy.

Information about indicators and thresholds to determine the level of COVID-19 community transmission in Tarrant County can be found at this link.
