Heart and Harmony’s COVID-19 Re-Entry Plan

Heart and Harmony is actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and has plans to enter back into in-person sessions only when safe to do so.

Current Phase:

Effective Thursday, November 11, 2021, we are moving into Phase 2 of our COVID-19 Re-Entry Plan due to a decrease in Tarrant County’s level of transmission.

This means that both unvaccinated and vaccinated clients residing in Tarrant County or seen by a therapist residing in Tarrant County may be seen in-person or via teletherapy. Teletherapy or outdoor sessions are still preferred for unvaccinated clients if possible.

Information about indicators and thresholds to determine the level of COVID-19 community transmission in Tarrant County can be found at this link. Learn more about COVID-19 vaccinations for children and adults at this link.

September 2021 Addendum:

If a therapist, client, or household member tests positive for COVID-19, in-person sessions are paused immediately and will not resume until either:

– 14 days have passed after the first positive test AND the person with COVID has been fever-free for 24 hours without the use of medicine

– The person with COVID receives two negative PCR tests taken more than 24 hours apart

Teletherapy services are still available while in-person services are paused.

Thank you for your commitment to keeping our community safe! Please let your therapist or our clinical director, Nikki Belshe Lanza, know if you have any questions.
